Frequently Asked

    The Questions We Get Most.

How we match projects with vetted talent, what we manage, and what things cost. Podcast production, video, onsite shoots, trade shows and keynotes, local influencer scouting, editing, and monthly packages. Everything you need to plan the next production, in one place.

    01

    Podcast production

We handle the full pipeline. Show strategy and format, guest booking support, in-studio or remote recording, edit and mix, episode artwork, show notes, and distribution to Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and every major directory. You show up and talk. We take care of the rest.

We publish a full breakdown of the mics, headphones, and budgets we actually recommend at goldenscopemedia.com/resources/equipment-guide. Short version: a Shure MV7+ or SM7B for hosts, Sony MDR-7506 for monitoring, and a treated room over expensive gear every time.

No. Record at a vetted studio in our network or we bring a portable kit to your office. If your team is remote, we run cloud sessions with broadcast-grade capture on every guest.

Weekly or bi-weekly is the sweet spot for growth. We build every package around a publishing rhythm that fits your bandwidth and your audience, not a rigid template.

Yes. Every long-form episode ships with a set of vertical and horizontal clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

    02

    Video production

Brand films, product and explainer videos, founder stories, recruiting content, event recap videos, social ad creative, and long-form YouTube. If it involves a camera, an interview, or a story arc, we can produce it.

Yes. Standard setup is three to four cameras with dedicated audio, lighting, and a director on set. We scale up for larger productions with additional operators and specialty rigs.

Yes. Our producers work with you on concept, treatment, script, shot list, and on-camera coaching so the day of the shoot runs on rails.

    03

Onsite filming, trade shows and keynotes

Yes. We staff booths, capture interviews on the floor, film keynote sessions, and turn the footage into daily recap edits so your team can share content while the event is still live.

We film keynotes with a proper multi-camera setup, direct board feed for slides, and clean audio. You get the full talk plus short highlight cuts formatted for social and sales enablement.

Yes. We travel nationally and internationally for onsite shoots. Travel, lodging, and per-diem are quoted transparently on top of the production rate.

Onsite filming starts at $295 per hour for a solo operator with pro camera and audio. Larger crews, additional cameras, lighting, and specialty gear are quoted per project.

    04

    Influencer scouting for local markets

We source and vet creators inside your city or region who already reach the audience you sell to. Every recommendation includes audience data, engagement quality, brand fit notes, and a suggested collaboration structure.

Yes. We handle outreach, contracts, briefs, content approvals, delivery, and reporting. You approve creators and creative. We run the operation.

Yes. We often shoot brand-owned assets and creator-led content in the same production window so you get a matching set for paid and organic use.

    05

    Editing services

Yes. Send us your footage or audio and we deliver a polished cut with color, sound design, graphics, and captions. Great for teams that shoot in-house but need broadcast-quality post.

Horizontal 16:9 for YouTube and web, square 1:1, and vertical 9:16 for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. Captions, chapter markers, and thumbnails included.

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days per edit. Rush 48 to 72 hour turnaround is available when your calendar demands it.

    06

    Pricing and packages

Two ways. Onsite production starts at $295 per hour for a solo operator, quoted per project as scope grows. Ongoing work runs on monthly packages that bundle production, editing, and distribution at a predictable rate.

Typical monthly retainers include a set number of long-form episodes or videos, a matching set of short-form cuts, publishing, and monthly performance reporting. We size the package to your publishing goals.

Yes. One-off shoots, single-episode edits, and event coverage days are all available without a monthly commitment.

Project work is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers bill on the 1st for the month ahead. All invoices are net-friendly for enterprise clients.
